Meet our Sales Data Analyst Intern, Skylar Shafer! Skylar is a recent graduate of UW-Madison's Economics program with a math emphasis. In the fall he will be starting towards his Master's in Statistics and Data Science. Skylar hopes to get into machine learning and data science post-graduation. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, and playing soccer and tennis. His favorite place that he's been is a trip to Punta Cana. In college he has a few fish and at home Skylar has a 13 year old dog named Mack, and two cats named Gobstopper and Sweet Tart.

Meet our Whitewater HR/Administrative Intern, Maria Verduzco! Maria is an incoming Senior at Whitewater High School. She was originally working in production and has since moved into an internship, assisting with HR and Admin. work. Although, she's not in college yet, Maria knows that she wants to go into a profession that helps others, whether that be Psychology, Human Resources, Medicine or something else. However, she has said that her time working alongside HR has given her an extra push in that direction. During her free time, Maria enjoys listening to music, catching up on shows, reading, writing, discovering new restaurants, and going shopping.

Meet our other Sales & Marketing Intern, Malloy Murphy! Malloy is an upcoming Senior at UW-Whitewater studying marketing with an emphasis in professional sales. He plans on using his degree to become a sales representative after he graduates in spring 2023. For Lavelle Malloy has been conducting customer calls, organizing tradeshow preparations and assisting our sales team in many other facets. In his free time, Malloy enjoys going hunting, playing lacrosse and hockey, and going sailing. His favorite place he's ever visited was a trip to Belize. His family has also had dogs his entire life, specifically Airedale terriers.

Meet our Safety Intern, Zach Britton! Zach is an incoming Senior at UW-Whitewater, studying Occupational Safety. He would like to use his degree to eventually move into a position dealing with loss control. Zach enjoys being outdoors, and some of his favorite hobbies are fishing, snowmobiling, and riding ATV's. His favorite place that he's visited was the beautiful, Yellowstone National Park. He also loves pets and although he doesn't currently have any, he would like to get a cat or two and a Border Collie some day!

Meet another of our Whitewater HR interns, Zyanya Vazquez! Zyanya's is a Whitewater local, and she's an upcoming Senior at Blackhawk Technical College, studying Human Resources. She plans on using this to become a bilingual HR Specialist. Currently, she assists in many facets of our Whitewater production recruiting as well as helping with translating for some of our employees. Z loves reading and cooking and also watching movies; her favorite movie currently is the Disney movie Luca. Z's favorite trip that she's taken was to Destin, Florida!

Meet our operations intern, Sage Tranel! Sage is an incoming Senior at UW-Whitewater. He's majoring in Supply Chain/Operations and hopes to become a warehouse/operations manager. Sage loves the outdoors and his favorite place that he's visited is Great Smoky Mountain National Park in Tennessee. He also has a particular love for going fishing and being out on the lake. So much so, that he bought his first boat when he was only 14 years old!

Meet our finance intern, Dalton Damon! Dalton is a Burlington native and is now studying accounting at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, with a minor in business analytics. He hopes to use his degree to one day become the Chief Financial Officer of a company. Dalton loves to spend time outdoors, going hunting and fishing and his favorite place that he's been is to the Boundary Waters. He also loves to watch sports as well as movies about sports, like his favorite movie, Moneyball.

Meet our Whitewater Human Resources Intern, Maya Bruesewitz! Maya has been assisting with all production recruiting at our Whitewater facility and is always willing to help out wherever she can. Maya is an incoming Senior at UW-Whitewater studying Human Resources Management. She hopes to use her degree to eventually become an HR Director. One of Maya's biggest passions is going thrifting and vintage clothes shopping. She also enjoys being outdoors and going on walks and hikes. Her favorite place that she's been hiking is Phoenix, Arizona.

Meet our Burlington Mechanical Engineering Intern, Camden! Cam has been a Lavelle employee for several years and has moved into an internship for this summer. He is a freshman at UW Platteville majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Cam would like to use his degree to eventually work in the automotive industry. He has a passion for cars, and in his free time he enjoys watching drag racing and anything car related. Even his favorite movie is Cars!
