The prayer room is a really special corner at the Grand Curve project, completely custom and thoughtfully designed.

This room was designed to feel cozy, relaxed, and calming. The mihrab niche has a gorgeous patterned paneling on the back that we designed and carved ourselves. The actual shape of the niche was carried over to the storage cabinet doors that we carved to match.

This entire room is color drenched in two grays by Benjamin Moore, Balboa Mist 1549 and La Paloma Gray 1551, with gold accents and built-in accent lighting bordering the ceilings and the niche.

It really captures the soft and peaceful vibe that we were going for, and we’re thrilled with how it turned out!

Our latest project reveal, The Grand Curve 😍

Walking up the curved staircase, you’re met with the balcony that overlooks a two story living room featuring a dramatic coffered ceiling, and a 20 foot fireplace made of marble-look stone. At the center of it all; a twinkling three tiered crystal chandelier that completes the space.

You’re immediately met with the dramatic curved staircase lit with accent lighting and color drenched in the most gorgeous blue (Benjamin Moore Teal). And if it couldn’t get any more elegant, the floors are a stunning marble-look porcelain, and the space is lit by a spiral crystal chandelier.

This Friday! NEW episode and reveal of The Grand Curve project; a long awaited custom new construction for our clients Taufiq & Razina!

This home was designed around their biggest request: a gorgeous curved staircase as soon as you enter the grand foyer. This was a first for us, as well as their other wishlist item, the prayer room off of the entryway. So much thought and detail went into this home, and we couldn’t be happier with how all of this turned out!

A new full episode of Renovation Rekindle is now live! 🥳 We made fitting a kitchen island with seating in a very tight space possible. This cramped, U-shaped kitchen has been completely transformed with a brand new open layout, a custom kitchen island with shorter depth, and a basement door converted to french doors to allow for more clearance!

Another look at our split level home remodel, before and after opening up the kitchen.

We removed the separating wall, vaulted the ceilings, and created a new eat-in kitchen area with an oversized island with seating, two new pantry closets, and a dedicated bar or coffee area built-into the wall with its own beverage cooler.

The crisp white cabinetry is in the color Snowbound by Sherwin-Williams, and the shiplap walls are Pale Oak by Benjamin Moore

The open concept space now overlooks the new entryway addition we added to the front of the home, and everything just feels so much brighter, cohesive, and intentional.

Split Entry Revival - Renovation Rekindle Season 4 Episode 1

Severe lack of storage: another complaint we get from split level homeowners - because why did these layouts never include closets?! 😵‍💫

After adding on the entryway addition, we lost the hallway closet but added another by the front door, and created a lot more space in the kitchen.

2 18-inch pantry cabinets with roll-out shelving, full length cabinets, and two additional closets on the other side of the kitchen with more built-in storage space.
