Pull-out pantry shelves hiding all your secrets ✨ (mess)

In this kitchen remodel, we added tall cabinets abutting the fridge and they have a lot of depth, making the built-in pull outs perfect.

Not only do they give you access to everything easily, but they also help to keep inventory of the pantry. I can’t tell you how many expired containers have gotten lost in the back of our cabinets before! These are a game changer for sure.

Have you ever seen a ranch renovation like this one? 😮

Our clients want this to turn into their forever home, where they can grow old and not have to worry about accessibility around their property.

With that in mind, we decided on a plan to extend the main level, add another floor, and install a residential elevator that can take you from the garage/basement level, all the way to the top where the primary suite will live.

Tour of our newest property. She’ll be pretty soon 😌 (and if you’re a horse, we do have a vacant unit available)

We’re excited to fix and flip this very unique property that features a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a detached 2-car garage, an ADU apartment above with 1 bed and 1 bath, and a two-story barn.

First project on the to-do list: fix up the main house for our clients to temporarily move into while we renovate their home.

Before and after this total bathroom transformation 😍

The goal was a sleek, modern, and luxurious hotel bathroom feel.

Before, the layout was pretty chaotic and everything was shoved in a corner. A corner toilet, corner sinks, corner bathtub. Very strange.

We demolished all of that, and instead installed his & hers sinks, a built-in vanity table by the window, and a brand new spacious shower with built-in niche shelving and a rainfall showerhead.

We also decided to add a little more storage space above the toilet, and added a custom built-in cabinet and shelving unit.

White appliances are making a comeback, and they’re even better 👏

We’ve seen a huge shift of people steering away from the stainless steel surge, and wanting a softer look whether it’s white, or paneled doors that blend in with the kitchen cabinets.

Especially with the brushed brass hardware, we are loving this look.
