Nelson & Company is based in Burlington, Iowa, and maintains offices in Cedar Falls and Washington, Iowa. We operate primarily within 350 miles of Burlington, but are licensed to work in more than 20 U.S. states where repeat customers — who make up more than 80 percent of our business — have asked us to build projects.
