Okay, you've heard of a barndo (barndominium). But have you heard of a Shome? A "shome" is a shop home. We just got to do one in Cheyenne Wells and we are loving how it turned out! This is the perfect place for the owners to come see their parents but have a place to stay.

This shop has 700 square feet of living space, where they have a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, washer and dryer hookups and a full bathroom!

Can you imagine being in the market for a new house and coming across a brand new home built to the builder specifications and priced competitively to the rest of the houses on the market?

Well that's exactly what a spec home is and this is just our first of many.

We are so proud of this house, starting with the spray foam insulation, to the windows made to Canadian specs, to the finishes and fixtures carefully purchased by our designer to be used in longevity in both style and efficiency! We can't forget the heart of the home (kitchen) where we included brand new appliances and beautiful soft-close cabinets.
