Gula Construction is seeking both full-time and part-time outside sales reps to help us meet and exceed our yearly objectives for 2021. But more importantly, we want you to achieve and surpass your work and life goals. We need team players to "pour into"! Our unique business model is changing the way others think about work, live and the world. From an industry that exceeds any other for generating income.
As a outside sales rep you will build upon our expertise in the Insurance Claims and Construction Restoration Industry and assist homeowners through the insurance process to restore damaged property. Its truly a win-win situation and we are not looking for sales in the traditional sense, we are looing for field reps to have a conversation with homeowners. No hard selling, just friendly conversations with willing people. There are lots of opportunities for growth for those that are willing to learn and are looking to be rewarded for effort!
Responsibilities
• Canvass isolated geographic areas that have a high closing ratio
• Monitor sales objectives and evaluate to achieve company and personal goals (while having fun)
• Follow an established training field training manual to help you be successful
• Evaluate customer satisfaction rates and increase ratings and reviews
• Plan, create and delivering sales reports for the management team
• Encourage, Mentor and coach other outside teams to increase sales and meet life goals, be an example
Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• sales experience preferred
• 2+ years experience around or knowledge of the insurance industry (if not we will train)
• Ethical, wanting to work for a company that is
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Energetic, trustworthy and sees the good in all things
• Reliable transportation to start
• Willingness to get on a roof or be in a construction zone
• Assist homeowners with filing their insurance claim and explain the claims process
• Meet with insurance adjuster to discuss the scope of damages
Outside Sales Representative Benefits
• 75K - $125,000 realistic first year income with no experience, no cap on commissions
• $125k plus realistic second year
• Company vehicle provided when sales goals are met
