💰 Pay: $30–$48/hr + Benefits

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Installing replacement furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, ductless mini splits & accessories
Interacting with homeowners and leaving a clean job site
Communicating with sales and office staff
Answering questions and collecting payment

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of retrofit HVAC installation experience
Strong communication & customer service skills
Valid driver’s license
EPA Certification

Burnsville Heating, a trusted HVAC contractor serving the Twin Cities area suburbs since 1985 is looking to add an administrative assistant to our team. Job would include filing paperwork, data entry, mailings, light cleaning, answering phones and scheduling service appointments.

The ideal candidate would be outgoing, detail oriented, positive, ability to prioritize and multi-task, strong computer and time management skills. A minimum of 2 years office experience is required.

Hours for this position are Monday- Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
