We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities;
- Puzzle solving
- Ability to recognize patterns
- Able to work on construction sites
- Able to read CAD drawings
- Basic comprehension and interpretation of utility records, design plans, etc.
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to adapt to situations without becoming frustrated
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with coworkers and clients.

You will be trained and expected to be responsible for the following;
- Application of geophysical locating equipment to mark underground public and private utilities
- Working Knowledge of ASCE 38 Guidelines and associated quality levels
- Assist in identifying marked utilities, structures and various control points on plans and maps and in the field.
- Perform operator level maintenance on assigned company tools and equipment as required
- Actively work toward obtaining certifications required for construction industry (all training is provided and paid for by the company)
- Efficient employment of assigned equipment to accurately record data of marked utilities, structures, and various control points in the field
- Reporting of information obtained while surveying jobsite. Completing your report within 24 hours of completing jobsite activities.
- Traveling in a company provided vehicle most workdays.
- Working indoor/outdoor conditions year-round.
- Working Monday through Friday and potentially some weekends depending on workload.
