Resodyn Corporation was honored to participate yesterday in the Rotunda Session at the state capitol in support of the MBRCT program. The Montana Board of Research and Commercialization Technology provides research funding assistance for projects that have a clear path to commercialization, and Resodyn Corporation was asked to exhibit as an example of a notable commercial success story.

Here Dr. Todd McAdams and Representative Ryan Lynch from Butte are seen in front of the Resodyn Display showcasing the RAMbio and Biosensor projects.

Special thanks to Representatives Amanda Curtis, Ryan Lynch, Mary McNally, Senator Jon Sonju and other members of the congressional delegation that stopped to learn about some of the amazing things that are happening at Resodyn Corporation.

In anticipation of the MBRCT Rotunda Session in Helena, we developed the attached photo to visually represent the global impact of Resodyn Products. We are proud to be based in Historic Uptown Butte, and we appreciate the support of the MBRCT and other agencies that have help make this possible.

As we look back on 2012, Resodyn Corporation won seven new competitive research contracts during the year in disciplines ranging from biotechnology to specialized coatings and advanced instrumentation. Winning these awards is a testament to the merit and potential of the underlying science Resodyn Corporation scientists were able to exhibit, and is truly a team effort.

As COO, Mr. Edens will manage corporate operations as Resodyn Corp continues its current position as a market leader in the development and commercialization of breakthrough technologies for a wide variety of industries across the globe.

Mr. Edens brings to Resodyn Corporation more than 20 years of experience in the private sector and with the Department of Defense (DoD) in a variety of capacities within the Intelligence, Special Operations, & Special Activity communities. Mr. Edens led of one of the most decorated small units during Operation Enduring Freedom II with 14 Bronze Stars, 10 Army Commendation Medals and 6 Army Achievement Medals and recently returned from Afghanistan having led a specialized activity as a senior DoD Civilian, awarded four Army Superior Civilian Service Awards. Resodyn Corporation is enthused about his future contributions to the company’s ongoing growth and expansion.
