Clients and communities we service,
To start we are so grateful to the Butte Fire Department and one of our very brave employees, who is safe. Yes, we had a fire last night and yes, there are damages and losses for our business. However, we refuse to lose the things that are most important to us our employees and our clients!
We have been in contact with a variety of local businesses including some of you, our amazing clients, to work out an operations plan moving forward.
Please know that we have no intentions of closing or discontinuing service to any of our clients. If anyone comes to tell you otherwise please give us a call. With the exception of today we plan on providing the best service we can on our normal delivery schedule moving forward. Things will be challenging for us for a few months as we continue to operate, resupply what was lost and clean up this mess. We appreciate your patience and support as we navigate them. And our promise to you is that you can count on us to be the same fair and reliable linen provider you know us to be.
We value all of our clients business, no matter your size. And most importantly value the commitment our 10 employees have made to work with our company. Please help us keep them in their positions by continuing to support your local linen supplier, Kmats!
We are working on calling all clients but wanted to put this statement out to dispell any rumors that are circulating.
