Nobody talks about the most important part of sealcoating: ‼️how clean the lot is before the first drop ever hits the ground‼️

You can have the best sealer money can buy sitting in the tank — it won’t matter. If the lot isn’t clean, the product won’t bond, won’t cure right, and won’t last. Dirt, dust, grass in the cracks, oil spots, loose gravel — seal over that and you’re just sealing in failure.

Sealcoat only sticks to what’s underneath it. That’s why we obsess over the prep. Clean lot, good job. Dirty lot, wasted money. Every time.
