Just like itself, we have continuously developed the bowl lining of our machines over time. Safe processes and optimal results are ensured today by the coating with our "homemade" high-performance elastomer plastic .
We custom-tailor the formulation in our own casting facility to match the specific applications of our customers. By adding special additives in precisely the right quantities, we achieve the ideal Shore hardness for every area of use.
PURALON is also resistant to hydrolysis - meaning even during extended periods of downtime, process water does not pe*****te the material and the chemical bond of the polymer remains intact. This allows users a service life of up to 8,000 hours on the lining!
