A lot of companies have a Christmas party or a company dinner once a year.
At Hammerside, we do it every week.
Every week, we take time to sit down together, share a meal, and simply enjoy each other’s company. Not to talk about jobs. Not to go over numbers. Not to discuss what’s happening at work.
Just to gather around a table and break bread together.
Because to us, Hammerside is more than a place to work. We’re building a family.
Those weekly dinners give us a chance to really know the people we work beside every day — their families, their stories, their lives outside of work. And over time, those relationships become something much bigger than coworkers sharing a jobsite.
Our team members show up for birthdays. They join us for holidays. They celebrate milestones with us and support one another when life gets hard.
That kind of culture doesn’t come from a handbook or a company meeting.
It comes from time together.
