CyBears - Byron Robotics

CyBears - Byron Robotics Byron Robotics has something for any student from Kindergarten through High School. (Like how low the ceilings are.)

We create future leaders, innovators, and engineers while finding fun ways to integrate STEM into our community and schools. The robotics team at Byron started late in the 2013 season, and had just a few committed members. With the help of Rochester's Inconceivable team and some great mentors, our team grew and we taught ourselves the ins and outs of the FIRST system. We managed to teach ourselves

LabView, the standard FIRST software, build our own drive train mostly from scratch, build a pneumatic-powered frisbee dumber, and a pneumatic climber, all in a few short weeks. We entered our robot in the 2013 10,000 Lakes Regional competition, and learned even more there. After a few months break, we're meeting already to plan for this coming season and a workshop over the summer. Help us support our friends and coalition partners - Rochester FRC Team 2530 - Inconceivable. Tonight from 4 to 8, 20% of profits from Noodles & Co. North will help fund their trip to the world championship in Houston Texas. Order at the store or online. Make sure to mention team 2530 or use the code on the flyer.
