Floors are in and still covered up — that's how you know the finish work is being protected while the rest of the job wraps.

That dark hardwood is going to anchor this dining area once the paper comes up. Paired with the matte black linear pendant and those double windows pulling in the open land outside, this room is going to feel a lot bigger than it looks right now.

That custom hood surround does a lot of heavy lifting in a kitchen like this.

Built-in cabinetry framing a range cooktop keeps the layout intentional instead of just functional. The black hardware against the cream shaker doors is a small detail that ties the whole wall together.

Floor-to-ceiling white stone with a thick wood mantel and built-in shelving flanking both sides.

This wall will be the anchor of the whole living room. The combination of natural stone texture and warm wood tones gives it weight without feeling heavy.

That wood accent on the range hood pulls the whole kitchen together.

White shaker cabinets, herringbone tile, black fixtures, and a quartz island that runs long enough to actually work at. Every finish here was chosen to hold up to daily life, not just look good in photos.
