This is what "investing in yourself" looked like today at Willowview.

No conference room. No dress code. Just a curious employee and a webinar on Agentic AI in a comfy corner of the office, and the willingness to keep learning.

The AI industry doesn't wait for anyone; it moves at a pace that makes "keeping up" a full-time job in itself. So sometimes growth means sitting through a 90-minute-deep dive instead of another meeting.

Growth is rarely glamorous. Sometimes it's just you, a long video, and the choice to show up for it anyway.

Recently, Willowview had the privilege of welcoming students and faculty from BYU–Idaho to our Caldwell office as part of their Boise-area industry tour. During their visit, BYU students engaged with many team members who shared their years of hands-on experience and industry expertise.

We are grateful for opportunities such as this, and we look forward to continuing to inspire the future leaders who will shape our industries for years to come.

People often say, "It takes a village" when talking about raising children.

The truth is, it takes a village in the workplace too.

The other day, one of our team members brought their toddler into the office. When it was time for a meeting, another teammate simply said, "I've got the baby monitor." No questions. No hesitation. Just support.

It's a small moment, but it says a lot about the kind of culture we're building.

A culture where people help because they care. Where flexibility isn't just a policy—it's a mindset. Where we recognize that life doesn't stop when the workday starts.

The strongest teams aren't just built on talent and expertise. They're built on trust, empathy, and people who are willing to show up for one another.

Sometimes the village looks a little different than you expect.

SOF Week was a great opportunity for the Willowview team to connect with operators, industry leaders, and technology partners focused on solving real-world challenges.

Our team supported MARSOC modernization efforts by exploring emerging technologies, identifying solutions for capability gaps, and strengthening relationships across the special operations community. We were honored to meet with MARSOC leadership and continue conversations that support the Science & Technology mission.

The response to both HELSA and CIMBEO was incredibly encouraging. From steady demonstration traffic and follow-on meetings to discussions with government stakeholders, PEOs, and industry partners, the week generated significant interest and opened the door to exciting new opportunities.

Most importantly, it reinforced something we believe deeply: the best innovations are built through collaboration with the people who will ultimately use them.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared ideas, and helped make SOF Week a success. We're excited about what's ahead and are already hard at work turning conversations into action.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to pursue opportunity, build freely, and live the lives we do today. It’s a debt that can never truly be repaid, but it should never be forgotten.

As we spend time with family and friends this weekend, we remember those who made that freedom possible.

From all of us at Willowview — thank you to the fallen, the families who carry their memory, and all who have served.

We raised the American flag outside our new Willowview office — a simple moment, but one that carries a lot of meaning for our team.

We’re proud to support missions, technologies, and people dedicated to serving something bigger than themselves. Seeing the flag flying outside our new home is a reminder of the responsibility behind the work we do every day.

Our team is headed to SOF Week.

Layne, Christian, and Mike will be on site representing Willowview and showcasing some of the innovative work we’ve been building — including Cimbeo, Helsa Sync, and Volt.

One of our own, Mike Franke had a great couple of days at Modern Day Marine.

He had the opportunity to connect with teams across the ecosystem, including Naval Sea Systems Command, , and , supporting collaboration efforts with our American Droid partners. Mike also got the chance to observe the Hack-a-thon — impressive work all around.

Conversations with the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab were a highlight, and we’re looking forward to continuing to strengthen that relationship alongside our ongoing MARSOC efforts.

This is just the beginning — next stop: SOF Week.
