Integrity Inspection Solutions

At Integrity Inspection Solutions, we pride ourselves on being a diversified company. We’ve spent years building out our divisions:

• Clean & TV
• Hydro Excavation
• Performance Coatings
• Mainline CIPP
• Residential Lateral CIPP Lining
• CIPP Point Repairs
• Mainline Lateral Connection Repairs
• Testing & Infiltration Control
• Fleet & Equipment Maintenance

And now, apparently…

💈✂️ INTEGRITY CUTS — Our Newest Division.

Today, our Administrative Manager, Tia, took it upon herself to expand our service offerings by giving the owner a fresh haircut right here at the office.

No subcontractors. No mobilization fees. Just an in-house crew delivering another turnkey solution.

I’m not entirely sure how we went from rehabilitating sewer infrastructure to offering men’s grooming services, but here we are.

From cutting roots to cutting hair, we’re committed to excellence at every level.

Now accepting appointments. All haircuts subject to change of conditions. 😂

Behind these gates, Integrity is getting to work. 🇺🇸

For the next three weeks, the Integrity Inspection Solutions team will be on site at NRF at Idaho National Laboratory, completing CIPP mainlining, targeted CIPP repairs, and performance coatings on the manholes.

This project brings several of our rehabilitation specialties together restoring existing pipelines, repairing localized defects, and protecting manhole structures for continued service.

Phones aren’t allowed inside the facility, so the front gates are the only photo we can share. You won’t see our usual progress pictures, liner installations, or before-and-after transformations, but our crews will be putting their training, experience, and attention to detail to work beyond these gates.

We’re proud of the team representing Integrity and the preparation, craftsmanship, and commitment to safety they bring to this project. From a homeowner’s sewer lateral to a jobsite like this, our approach stays the same: work safely, do it right, and stand behind the work.

Different setting. Same Integrity.

We understand the community’s frustration with the unfinished work at Locust Lane and SH-45.

ITD’s project has been temporarily halted for contractual reasons that we are addressing as we attempt to complete the work as quickly as possible. ITD must hire a new contractor but must do so following the mandatory bonding process, which ensures that Idaho taxpayers do not pay twice for the same work.

ITD is preparing a temporary solution that will enhance mobility of the roadway until a new contractor is hired and the project can be completed. We know the delay is disruptive, and we are sorry for the disruption. We will provide additional information as the path forward and schedule are confirmed.

We spend a lot of time recognizing the plumbers, contractors, and customers we work alongside but it isn’t often that someone goes out of their way to highlight our team and our work in return.

That’s exactly what Ritchie Plumbing did.

They put together an incredible video documenting a recent project, explaining the process, and showing how proper diagnosis and collaboration lead to the right repair not just the quickest one.

We’re grateful to Ritchie Plumbing for showcasing Integrity Inspection Solutions so professionally and for recognizing the expertise our crew brought to the job. That kind of mutual respect is what great working relationships are built on.

Thank you, Ritchie Plumbing. We’re proud of what our teams accomplished together and look forward to many more successful projects!
