It’s time for Bonus Points from Bo!

Here are two ways to maintain your HVAC system this winter for optimal performance:

1. WASH: Cut the power to your outdoor unit, and wash the coil using a water hose. Do not use a pressure washer. Remove grass, pollen, leaves, and dirt so the unit can breathe!

2. VACUUM: Vacuum the condensation drain line from the outside with a shop vac.

These tasks should be performed annually.

Good evening folks! ☀️

The heat index is almost as high as my incoming call volume! I am working through service calls as quickly as possible, and please remember I am a one-man show! Your cooling system is working just as hard and may have trouble combating the high temps outside we’re currently experiencing. Most systems can only cool your home up to 20 degrees lower than the outside temperature. Thanks for your patience and stay cool! 😎
