Water bills that are due September 15th were mailed out on August 31st. We are aware that customers have not received them yet. You can call in and get your amount due. 573-796-3723.
We encourage you to take advantage of the online portal so that you can log in and view your bill and set up notifications. If you have not already set this up we can send you the link once we have your email address.

Leak has been fixed!!

We are working on a water leak. Lookout Trail to East Railroad
may be affected by low pressure. Thank you for your patience!

We are having issues with the new billing program and have not been able to post or print bills yet. We will extend the due date this month to allow adequate time to get bills paid.
The new website where you can view your account and make payments online is: moniteaupwsd.frontdeskgworks.com.
