Out with the old and in with the new!

We demolished this old shop and lean-to and are now starting the site work for the new shop. Last summer we completed the new utility lines in preparation for this project, we installed new waterlines and new underground power lines out to the shop, along with removing some hazardous trees.

Here is a sneak peek on the final draft of the new shop we are building.

Arena rehab last week turned out great! Now this arena looks and rides like new again. This also extends the life span of this footing as well as the quality of the riding.

250 yards of topsoil.
Soil conditioned.
Rolled.
Can’t go wrong with a front yard like this! All ready for seed now this fall for a flawless yard. Next year you’ll have the lawn of the season!

Some forest rehabilitation on Camano.

The homeowners wanted to see what they had in the woods but didn’t want to loose the feel of having a forest.

By mulching up the underbrush like blackberries, and salmonberries as well as select logging trees growing too close together, it allows the forest to come back stronger with a clean look of ferns and healthy large trees.

From an unusable back yard to the perfect place to host friends and family! With a sloped yard, retaining walls are the way to go! Functional and not to mention, gorgeous to look at!

Finished up this project on Camano before the holidays. This has been evolving since the day we started, with lots of changes, and extras. As a new idea would spark, our client gave us the creative freedom to help achieve what they were after.
This was a several month project so things that were new, were now dirty and covered with construction grime, so after it was completed we called in our friends at to bring it back to new. They were able to knock it out and remove all the dirt and grime for us and help us turn over this beautiful yard to a very happy customer.
