Hiring: Construction Laborer
Waite Construction is looking to add 1-2 Laborers
Family Owned and Operated on Camano Island since 1964
Pay Based on Experience
Full Time Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
• Perform all duties assigned by the foreman
• Carry materials & supplies from truck to jobsite
• Test equipment & machinery to ensure in good working condition
• Clean up jobsite at end of day and ensure all equipment is secure for the night
• Measure & cut lumber to desired specifications

Preferred Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience on a construction crew preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn construction skills on site
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work on time and on budget with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Advanced organizational skills
• Able to pass drug & background screening
