Prototype shop looking for entry level CNC Machinist. Must be certified from a technical school or have 1+ year of experience. Must be proficient with setup and safe operation of Haas mills and lathes. This is a great shop to gain experience in a wide variety of materials and setup types, but requires a motivated, self-starter, type of person.

This is a full-time position and could be first or second shift.
We strive to maintain a drug free workplace and candidates must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.

For internal threaded holes, it avoids the costly issue of broken taps. For internal and external threads, milling the threads allows us to closely control all of the parameters and it allows us to produce custom thread forms.

Machining prototype parts provides plenty of opportunities for creativity.
When the going gets small, it's time to break out the microscope. This .013 diameter drill is too small to probe, so we used a microscope to get it lined up.

Just a simple plate, machined from aluminum with black anodize. The customer was pleased with the fast lead time and we were glad to be able to help them out.
