SBS on site to begin the grading phase for the Medea Creek project. During excavation the SBS team encountered bedrock and boulders that had to be crushed and then used for base material to minimize waste. SBS team members practiced strict safety standards while working on campus during the school session. SBS thanks Triangle Enterprises

SBS has completed the new construction of classrooms, restrooms and quad areas for the Medea Creek Middle school in Oak Park Ca. The new construction utilized repurposed shipping containers and light-gauge steel for the classrooms.

The entire procedure from the design to assembly greatly reduced the time in the overall construction in comparison to traditional methods taking advantage of the prefabrication process built in the factory.
