Great engineers don’t always find us when a job is posted. So, we’re making it easier to connect with our new Talent Network.

Our Talent Network lets engineering and technical professionals share their experience with the Sigma Design recruiting team and be considered for opportunities that fit their skills and career interests, now and as new needs arise.

If you work in engineering, manufacturing, automation, semiconductor, robotics, or technical program management, we’d love to hear from you. It only takes a short questionnaire.

*Please note this isn’t an application for a specific role, and submission doesn’t guarantee an interview or employment.

SEMICON West 2026 is a wrap!

Great to reconnect with partners, meet new faces, and see where the semiconductor industry is headed. The numbers speak for themselves: the industry saw a 90% increase this year, and that kind of growth puts real pressure on the people and equipment behind every fab.

Two themes stood out in our conversations:

- As capacity ramps, the subfab can’t be an afterthought. Smarter, more automated systems are key to keeping tools running reliably and efficiently.

- Fast-moving production needs strong design, engineering, and maintenance partners to keep uptime high and new equipment on schedule.

That’s where Sigma Design comes in. From product design and engineering to manufacturing, our team helps equipment makers and fab teams turn tough challenges into reliable, production-ready solutions.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to connect. We’re looking forward to building on these conversations!

Every software project starts with a vision: something you need built, a problem you need solved, a product that doesn’t exist yet.

The challenge is finding an engineering team that can take that vision seriously from day one, speak the technical language of your industry, and still be flexible enough to fit into how you work.

That’s what we’ve built at Sigma Design. We can help you develop firmware for embedded hardware, a cross-platform app, or even a back-end data system. Our software engineers come in with the full stack of capabilities and none of the overhead of building an in-house team.

We’ve been doing this alongside industrial design, mechanical, and electrical. When software meets hardware, we don’t have to translate between teams. It’s all under one roof.

This month we celebrated our teams in both Seattle & San Francisco Bay area. Sigma employees gathered to celebrate this year's Autumn Bash, a chance to pause, reconnect, and celebrate how far we've come.

As Lindsey shared with the team: "It's no longer about rowing harder. It's about rowing better—together."

That rhythm is what this year has been about, aligning our strengths and making sure everyone's pulling in the same direction.
