Baseplate and gussets for a flag pole. This flagpole means a lot to this customer. They brought it with them in three pieces when they moved to Idaho a number of years ago. Now they will me able to get it set up and start enjoying it again.

Another cast iron part finished up. Due to how this part functions when in operation. Its not uncommon for the fitting that goes in these pipe threads to be torn out. Thereby damaging the threads in the cast iron housing. By repairing it with a steel sleeve we can now just replace the sleeve when another catastrophe happens.

This tank replaced a light gauge aluminum tank that broke apart from the banging around it took on the machine it was mounted on. Our new tank is made out of 3/16" steel plate and is strong enough to handle the environment it lives in! ๐Ÿ’ช

Scrap pile or salvage? ๐Ÿง Cast iron is notoriously complex to fix, so we usually only take it on if the part is irreplaceable or too time-consuming to remake from scratch.

This antique swing set part fit the bill perfectly. Watch for our video dropping later today to see the step-by-step brazing process that saved it!
