Our welder Tyler out on a field call making a casing repair on an old gas well.

Tyler fabricated and welded out a new spool piece on the rollout wheel before heading down into the hole to make the final weld.

Access is typically challenging on these types of jobs. We had to winch the welding rig in with a dozer to get everything where it needed to be — and winch it back out when the job was finished.

Before any work started, we completed our JSA and Hot Work Permit and made sure the job could be completed safely. No matter what the job requires, safety is always a priority at Fahey Welding.

A good example of the kind of field work our guys handle every day. Getting the equipment in, getting the repair made, and getting the job done safely.

With all this rain and flooding lately, we figured it was time to add ark building to the list of services. 😂🌧️

Another industrial access project completed.

Our crew installed new steel catwalks at two different stations. The projects purpose was to bridge between two existing, gas-processing equipment skids. With the size and layout of the equipment, all work had to be fitted and installed onsite—working around existing process piping, structural steel, conduit, and equipment.

We completed the project quickly, safely, and with minimal downtime for the facility, delivering dependable access between the skids for operations and maintenance.

Wrapped up this tower skid build for one of our industrial customers in Southeast Ohio. The customer supplied the drawings and we handled the fabrication start to finish.

We CNC plasma cut all the base plates and gussets, took care of all fit-up and welding in-house, and turned it around quickly to keep their project on schedule. We’re also delivering this unit to their site, making it a turnkey solution from our shop to their facility.
