Armand is proud to support NYC DDC in transforming two NYCHA community spaces in Brooklyn: the Brownsville Houses Community Center and the Van D**e Boxing Gym.

At Brownsville, the renovation includes new multipurpose rooms, a full kitchen, upgraded restrooms, and complete replacement of HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and life-safety systems. At Van D**e, the former childcare space is being converted into a modern boxing and fitness facility, featuring a professional ring, as well as interior and exterior improvements.

Together, these projects reflect Armand’s commitment to delivering safe and functional community spaces.
