Jack is spending his summer in the field with JEM Group while studying at Pennsylvania College of Technology. He's looking forward to learning what it takes to become a superintendent and has already gained hands-on experience laying concrete block at our WellSpan project.

What stands out most to Jack is the family atmosphere at JEM. "Everyone has the same goal and works together."

We're incredibly grateful for the energy, curiosity, and hard work that both of our summer interns have brought to the team. Investing in the next generation of construction professionals is something we're proud to be a part of.

Meet Antonio! Antonio Florentino is spending his summer at JEM Group as an Assistant Project Manager intern while studying at Millersville University.

So far, he's learned that strong communication is key in construction, is excited to dive deeper into Procore and submittals, and has been surprised by just how many different career paths exist in the industry.
But his favorite part? The people.

We're grateful to have Antonio on the team this summer and love seeing the next generation of construction professionals gain hands-on experience and discover all the opportunities this industry has to offer.
