Finishing the week with something a little different! 🌱🔨

Our crew spent Friday assembling a greenhouse, adding a new feature to this homeowner’s outdoor space.

From major remodels and additions to smaller specialty projects, our team brings the same attention to detail and craftsmanship to every job, regardless of size.

A great way to wrap up the week!

From walls to rafters — another big week at our Bayview addition! 🔨

Last week, our crew completed the wall framing. This week, we're overhead, installing the roof rafters and bringing the next phase of construction underway.

One of the most important parts of any addition is integrating the new structure with the existing home. From framing connections to roof alignment, every detail matters when creating a seamless transition between old and new.

Great work from our crew as we continue making progress on this project. More updates to come!

Bringing form and function outdoors. ☀️

A well-designed pergola adds more than shade, it defines an outdoor space, adds architectural character, and creates a natural extension of the home.

Our crew is bringing this custom pergola to life in Los Altos, putting in the work through this week’s heat to keep the project moving.
Great craftsmanship takes attention to detail no matter the temperature.

One week of progress on our Sunnyvale remodel. From exposed floor framing to a newly sheathed floor system and continued structural work, the new layout is starting to take shape.

It’s always exciting when a project reaches the point where you can really start to see the transformation.

A lot of work goes into the details you don’t always see. 🪵

This custom wood railing requires careful Planing, sanding, and shaping to get each piece just right. The time-lapse may make it look quick, but this kind of finish work takes patience and attention to detail.

Having our own custom wood shop allows us to bring that same craftsmanship to railings, cabinetry, built-ins, and other high-end finish work.

Built in-house. Built with intention.

Progress continues on our Sunnyvale remodel! 🔨

New hot and cold water lines are going in as we continue framing and rough-in work. Another step closer to bringing this remodel together.

Things are taking shape in Sunnyvale! 🏠🔨

Demo and foundation work are underway on our latest remodel as we start building out the new footprint of the home.

A lot goes into a remodel before you ever see the finished product—and this is where it all starts.

Stay tuned for more progress!

Did you know? The large engineered beam being installed in these photos will support thousands of pounds of structural load, carrying the weight of the floors and roof above while transferring that load safely to the foundation. It's one of the most critical structural components of the home, even though it will eventually disappear behind drywall.

Our crew is making great progress as framing continues on this custom home addition in Campbell. Every beam installed is another step toward bringing our client's vision to life.

Many property owners don't realize that E3 inspections often uncover hidden structural issues before they become costly repairs or safety hazards. Also, failing to comply with California standards can also result heavy fines.

Parfett Construction specializes in E3 deck and balcony repairs for multifamily properties throughout the Bay Area.

07/14/2026

Every wall, beam, and connection brings us one step closer to transforming our client's vision into reality.

Strong framing is the backbone of every successful build, and our team is making serious headway.

Stay tuned—there's plenty more to come.
