A finished space like this one doesn't happen by committee beacuse it happens when every trade understands that their work is part of something larger.

The 575 Benton project is a seven-story Type I concrete structure wrapped with four and five stories of Type III frame construction, and what you see in this lobby is the end result of every joint, transition, and material decision being held to the same standard throughout.

Craftsmanship at this level is less about individual moments and more about the consistency of judgment applied across an entire building.

The Sevens is a full redevelopment in Mountain View, California. This three 5-story multi-family residential buildings designed to serve as employee housing, built from the ground up while maintaining the coordination and sequencing that a project of this scale demands.

From open framing to standing structures, every phase of The Sevens reflects what 40+ years of honest construction leadership looks like when it's applied to a project that matters to the people who will call it home.
