Our crew is wearing pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 💗

At Northwest Mechanical Group, we stand with everyone affected by breast cancer—those facing a diagnosis, survivors, and the families and friends supporting them. These ribbons are a small way to show that our community is behind you, this month and beyond.

Cooler mornings are here—which means it’s a good time to make sure your commercial HVAC equipment is ready for the season ahead.

A little preventative maintenance now can help identify worn components, airflow issues, dirty filters, and other small problems before they turn into unexpected downtime when your building needs heat the most.

At Northwest Mechanical Group, we help commercial facilities stay ahead of seasonal changes with planned maintenance built around their equipment and operations.

Don’t wait for the first cold snap to find out something isn’t ready.

First Friday at NWMG! 🔧

Once a month, our team comes together for our First Friday meeting—a chance to connect, communicate, learn, and make sure we’re all moving in the same direction.

From safety and training to company updates, wins, challenges, and what’s ahead, these meetings give everyone a seat at the table and help us continue building a stronger team.

Great work starts with great communication, and we’re proud of the people who make Northwest Mechanical Group what it is every day.
