Someone just tried to scam me. I figured it was shady in the first couple messages. Email addresses are not necessary. As soon as I explained i knew they didn't need my email address to send me a venmo payment they disappeared. It is really sad how you have to pay attention to any information you give out. Be careful on the interweb.
