• Run day-to-day jobs
• Lead, supervise and train crew members
• Layout, prep, and execute concrete & pool builds
• Be accountable for quality and pace

• Concrete or construction leadership experience
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Shows up, communicates, and takes ownership

Pay & position:
