Sometimes a home's entryway needs more than just a fresh coat of paint. For this Canterbury mudroom, we handled everything from tearing out old stairs and framing new walls to prepping for radiant heat and reworking the attic access.

We coordinated inspections, updated insulation to meet fire code, and installed new doors, windows, tile, and trim. Working closely with the homeowner, we made sure every detail fit their vision—including paint colors, hardware, and a solid-core pocket door for the powder room.

Sometimes a small spot of damage can change the feel of a whole room. We repaired bathroom drywall below the window and touched up the ceiling above the washer and dryer, making sure surfaces were smooth before painting.

Matching the bathroom's off-white with a hint of grey took a careful eye, while ceilings got a bright flat white. In the kitchen, we treated a ceiling area with stain blocker before painting. Everything was cleaned up and ready for use in just a few days.

A hole in the ceiling can be a real headache for any homeowner. In this Gilford laundry room, we started with exposed insulation and framing after damage left a sizable opening.

We installed new drywall, mudded, taped, and sanded it smooth, then matched the ceiling’s texture so it blended right in. A fresh coat of paint finished the job, leaving the space looking as it should.

Weather takes its toll on every porch eventually.

For this Bristol home, we started by removing the old, weathered structure and prepping the area for something better. We built a new 6'6" x 7' porch using pressure-treated lumber, added sturdy new footings, and finished it off with pebble grey Trex decking and crisp white railings with black balusters. New Azek risers and extra lattice completed the look. Every bit of debris was cleared away before we wrapped up.

Jobs like this remind us how much a fresh porch can brighten up a home's entrance.
