We’re looking to add 2-3 solid people to our crew. NexGen Industrial specializes in the pulp and paper industry, with a focus on plumbing, electrical and industrial air systems. Our workload is increasing, and we need team players who are ready to step up.

Who We Want:

Experienced tradespeople or those with a solid understanding of the construction and trade industry.

Bonus if you know your way around pipe fitting or conduit bending.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay, overtime, per diem, and travel accommodations.

Performance-based bonuses for those who go the extra mile.

Full-time travel across the U.S. – we go where the work is, and we pay you to see the country.

Good morning to all of our friends, family and community.

Due to current circumstances The Adams Collective will be temporarily suspending moving operations. While it is not what we planned, it's what we feel is right in our current state. We are thankful for all of the continued support and are happy we have been able to help the community in the ways we have. We don't like to frame this as a "goodbye," but rather a "we will see you soon." You all will still see our crews at the grocery store, events, and other various places around as we love our community so much. We are all still the same guys willing to help. We hope that as we refocus our company, we will be able to pour back into the community moreso than we were before. And that's been our main goal all along.

We love you all and have cherished everyone that's given us the opportunity to earn your business.
