Department
The Warehouse department is responsible for the receiving and quality checks of incoming goods. It is also responsible for the pre-picking of required parts for the Assembly and Construction departments as well as the replenishment of consumables in both departments. Furthermore, the warehouse department is responsible for the shipping of finished spirals to customers. The warehouse is also responsible for the accurate and timely completion of spare parts orders daily.

Job description
As Warehouse Supervisor, you coordinate and monitor the progress of the work of the warehouse department. You are responsible for the safety, quality, efficiencies, and cost of all production employees within the Warehouse Department. You are also responsible for the administrative work in regard to inventory management and other tasks with Epicor.

Key tasks:
• work in cooperation with the production supervisors to meet company goals and objectives.
• actively communicate with the production supervisors on both shifts.
• work in cooperation with the Spares department to ensure the timely completion of spares orders.
• generates improvement proposals to the Vice President to reduce costs and lead times, reduce rejections / distortions and improve the functionality of the production (processes).
• taking care of the inventory of the mounting hardware and the consumables.
• monitoring inventory levels in cooperation with the purchasing department.
• actively participate to the product and process development

• work according to the standards and values of the company regulations.
• monitoring and fulfilment of the order planning of the warehouse department.

Associate degree preferred in Business Administration or engineering field.

Warehouse Associates are responsible for the inspecting, processing, and distribution of parts to internal and external customers. The loading, unloading and inspection of machines coming from outside vendors.

 Optimal loading/unloading of goods and finished products
 Collects all goods and prepare them for transport according to the order
 Ensure order and cleanliness of the warehouse and shipping areas

The Construction Fitter/Welder will receive orders from the Construction Supervisor and is responsible for the output of assembling constructional components to complete spiral frames by using several welding and fabrication techniques. Switching techniques is a regular practice and flexibility is required.

 Using general measuring devices and fabricating tools to manufacture spiral frames and attaching components
 Comprehend all essential elements of the technical specifications and how it applies to the construction process
 Building spiral frames and attaching parts by using welding and constructional techniques for SV, SVN, SVX, SVM, and SVO models
 Ensure machines are produced efficiently at a high level of quality and ready for the next phase of production
 Competent in the inspection process of windings, return channels, lower ends, and final process for all SV, SVN, SVX, SVM, and SVO models
 Participate in the training and mentoring of new employees
 Actively participate in the continual improvement of products and processes

Job title:
Injection Mold operator

Purpose of the position:

As Injection Mold Operator you are responsible for making the assembled slat belts from the injection molded slats, chain, and rollers in allotted time. You will ensure that production conforms to all specifications against economic costs. You will operate the injection molding machine, auxiliary equipment, and molds with the right parameters.

Main activities:

• Adhere to all Safety Practices.
• Maintain acceptable level of housekeeping by 5S standards in the assigned work area.
• Work areas must be kept free and clear of trash (paper, plastic, cups, bottles, and gloves) or any items which are not necessary to perform work assignment.
• Keep fixture/mold/tooling rack areas clean and organized.
• Operate Injection Molding Machines and achieve established performance target
• Perform product stacking per engineering standards.
• Participate and support lean activities.
• Ensure work area meets 5S guidelines.
• Get the proper material to the required machines in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
• Cutting trim flash from parts.
• Achieve established daily performance target.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on Injection Molding Machine and auxiliary equipment.
• Accurately Track production and rejects on production form.
• Verify that equipment is operating properly. Notify Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Responsible for visual inspection of production for defects based on Standard.
• Monitor product for any quality issues.
• Relieve other Machine Operators in the occurrence of machine down time or job re-assignment in pursuit of maintaining departmental efficiency and quality of production

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years injection molding experience
-Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
-Must have a valid passport
-Must be willing to travel to the Netherlands for minimum 1 month training
