Yesterday was incredible, emotional, and so very bittersweet. 💗🩵💚

There is so much more to share, and with photos still to come from Jennifer Marie Photography and Level Up Studios, we’re just getting started.

While yesterday may have been our final run, it is not the finish line. As Andy so perfectly said, this is a movement. We’re simply pivoting on our journey—and we already have some exciting ideas for what comes next!!

The Legacy Village Parking Garage didn’t come together in a single push. It grew one level at a time, with every stage depending on the one before it.

From the start, the work was about coordination as much as construction. Our team prepared reinforcement well ahead of placement, making sure each section was ready when the schedule called for it. Deliveries were planned and timed so crews never lost momentum. And through it all, communication stayed steady so every step aligned with what was happening in the field.

That consistency mattered. On a project of this scale, even small delays can ripple through the entire sequence. But by keeping the flow tight between preparation, delivery, and installation, progress stayed on track and the structure kept rising without interruption.

Today, the finished garage supports the rhythm of a busy district, carrying daily traffic and activity. Behind that finished structure is a process defined by timing, teamwork, and attention to every stage of the build.
