Over the past two years, QCPโled by Dave Kirven, Executive Director of Labor Development, and Jack Ford, Executive Director of Business Relations โ has been an essential partner in helping expand the reach and impact of the Stark County School Counselors' Association. Through their strong advocacy for Skilled Trades professions, QCP has created valuable opportunities for school counselors to gain firsthand insight into what employers are looking for in todayโs workforce.
"QCPโs consistent collaboration, support, and flexibility have helped shift the conversation from โcollege for allโ to โwhatโs the best path for each student.โ Their commitment to working alongside school counselors to build a two-way relationship is helping to shape a more inclusive and informed approach to student successโmaking them a truly deserving recipient of this yearโs award."
