A smooth construction experience requires great work in the field, as well as clear communication, organized information, and consistent coordination—and that is where Brynn comes in.

Once a project moves from sales into production, Brynn will serve as an important connection between our clients and the construction team. She will support our Construction Superintendent by coordinating schedules, project information, permits, paperwork, and follow-ups.

Brynn will stay in touch with our clients, make sure they feel supported, provide updates, and help ensure that questions and important information reach the right person.

We have some really great deals—and we can give you options that make it easier to complete the waterfront project you’ve been planning.
