Beaver Constructors is honored to serve as the Design-Build Construction Manager for the Paul and Carol David Foundation’s Legacy Alumni Center of Excellence at Paul Brown Tiger Stadium.

This transformational project represents an extraordinary investment in the future of Massillon students, student-athletes, and the entire community. The new 24,000-square-foot facility will feature state-of-the-art training, recovery, sports medicine, and educational spaces designed to create opportunities for generations to come. The project also includes a new Daktronics digital scoreboard, further enhancing the Paul Brown Tiger Stadium experience.

The Paul and Carol David Foundation’s vision and continued commitment to Massillon are creating a lasting impact throughout the community, and Beaver is grateful for the opportunity to help bring this remarkable project to life.

Vice President John Gaetano (pictured at the new 200,000 SF Hendrickson Axle Manufacturing Facility) has been a driving force behind years of growth, community impact, and industry leadership at Beaver Constructors.

Since joining Beaver Excavating Company in 2008, he has brought the experience, leadership, and determination that fueled rapid company growth. In response to repeated client requests for a single-source construction solution and a true one-stop shop, Gaetano played a key role in expanding the company’s service capabilities across diverse sectors by leveraging various delivery methods, ultimately leading to the establishment of Beaver Constructors in 2011.

Under his leadership, the company built a strong operational foundation and developed the expertise needed to deliver projects focused on long-term quality, value, and efficiency. From K-12 and athletic facilities to food processing, mission-critical, healthcare, municipal, commercial, and industrial projects, his vision and leadership helped transform Beaver Constructors into a respected, trusted, and proven builder throughout the industry.

From start to finish💪🚧

Beaver Constructors teamed up with Young Truck Sales to bring this brand-new facility to life. Our concrete and masonry teams constructed a 4,700 sq ft semi-truck wash and a 57,000 sq ft Freightliner dealership, with the dealership requiring 1,520 cubic yards of concrete for the foundations and floor slabs.

What sets these service bays apart is the in-floor radiant heating system, with tubing embedded directly into the slab to deliver clean, energy-efficient heat throughout the space. This type of installation demands precision placement and careful concrete pours to protect the system and ensure long-term performance. Luckily, that level of craftsmanship is exactly what delivers.

The final beam is in place.

All structural steel is now set at Robertson Heating Supply Co., marking a major milestone as the building’s full framework comes to life. What was once a layout on paper is now standing strong, setting the stage for everything that follows.
