Another great TIMBERlive in the books – an afternoon of project updates, team connection and new business wins worth celebrating. The Q2 featured project was a 99,000 SF warehouse involving a full gut renovation and major site redevelopment across 10 acres. A complex scope in the hands of a team more than ready to deliver.

We ended the meeting with food, drinks and good company. It's always meaningful to connect across offices and celebrate the progress being made.

Every flag tells a story. Every flag honors a hero.

To kick off Patriot Week, once again this year, members of the TCC and TCI team joined Massachusetts Fallen Heroes and volunteers in Boston's Seaport for the Flags for the Fallen ceremony. Together, we planted a sea of flags and honored those we remember this Memorial Day — each one a tribute to hundreds of Massachusetts service members who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to their families who carry their memory forward.

As a long-time partner, Timberline is proud to continue supporting this event and the incredible work MFH does year-round. Thank you to our team for being part of this meaningful event and for continuing our commitment to our community.

Our Q2 Learning From Leaders trip took team members of our rotation program to a 100,000 SF corporate and manufacturing jobsite in Westborough, getting real-world exposure to construction in progress alongside Timberline's senior leaders.

Walking the site provided a deeper understanding of identifying and addressing structural deficiencies during construction, while showcasing how thoughtful planning and coordination can bring complex scopes together — from a mezzanine conversion to a highly technical manufacturing environment and an office fit-out.

These mentorship moments reinforce why early field experience matters. It’s all part of our commitment to investing in our people and continuous learning, always keeping in mind — Exceptional. No Exceptions.

Being Committed to Community means showing up where it matters most. Last week, the Timberline team volunteered at Father Bill's & MainSpring Conway House emergency family shelter, helping refresh the space with garden cleanups, cabinet painting and hands-on improvements that support families across Southern Massachusetts.

We’re proud to partner with organizations creating stronger, more supportive environments for those who need them most. Thank you to our Culture Club for organizing the day, and to every Timberline volunteer who brough the energy and teamwork.

Last month, our Youth Enrichment Services (YES) headquarters project team was proud to support the mission of YES at their 15th Annual Black Diamond Gala. We enjoyed connecting with VVA - Part of Drees & Sommer, Embarc, and several of our subcontractor partners who generously donated in support of YES’s premier fundraising event. Thank you to everyone for your generosity. We look forward to welcoming YES to their new home this summer.

Our Construction Safety Week focus today is "Respond.” Spotting risk is critical. Acting on it is what makes the difference.

At Timberline, responding means stepping in early and staying engaged. It’s tightening up controls before work starts, adjusting in real time as conditions shift and making sure everyone on site knows the plan and their role in it. Especially in active, high-security environments, that level of coordination is what keeps work moving and people protected. In our latest blog, we share how that plays out on a recent project and what it takes to respond with intention on complex jobsites.
