This post is long overdue and even though we don't do remodels anymore this project was completed for a special family member of ours that we finished about 4 years ago.

We gutted this 5,000+ SF home, taken down to the studs and rebuilt everything inside. New plumbing, electrical, structural changes, staircases relocated and pretty much the entire house redesigned. You wouldn't believe the before photo's of this home.

Custom Home going up. Dirt was ripped down and hauled out. Compacted above 95% then re packed with a caliche base again to reach above 95% compaction. ( 3rd party tested and engineer approved )
