We are in Marion today dealing with a "first" for us. The previous roofer completely re-decked over the existing roof system instead of tearing it off. So there is a layer of plywood, shingles, more plywood and then more shingles 🤔 We are tearing it ALL off and starting over. Homeowner will have a new freshly re-decked home, we will make sure things are properly ventilated, any wet insulation will be torn out and replaced, two rows of ice and water will be installed as an added measure of protection and beautiful GAF premium HDZ shingles in the color Slate will top it all off.
