In March of 2022, Guy and Charlie, former partners of GP Plumbing and Air Conditioning Corp., separated and went their own ways. Guy continued in plumbing under GP Plumbing, LLC, while Charlie established Air Conditioning Repair Cape Coral, LLC.
At that time, GP Plumbing focused solely on plumbing, and Air Conditioning Repair Cape Coral focused solely on air conditioning, with an agreement not to solicit customers from each other’s trades.
📌 What Has Changed
Since then, GP Plumbing has been acquired by White Wolf Capital Group, a private equity firm. The absence of a non-compete agreement has led to the active solicitation of our air conditioning customers.
You may now be receiving emails or text messages from Always Air Services, another company acquired by White Wolf Capital Group, where Crystal Hayes—a name many of you may recognize—now works.
