Demo for this round and new insulation install, is complete at our Bonita project! Next up framing and electrical. We are all certainly looking forward to starting the build back!

OK! Let’s be honest here! No remodel demo is easy, but an “elderly” manufactured home is probably the top of the list for difficulty and unwanted surprises! I just keep telling my crew & my clients to hang in there. We’ll get through to the other side and it will all be worth it in the end! Check out these pics of the beginning process and even a shot of the “end of the line” at the dump! 👍😊

We love to be “invited back” by former clients! 2 years ago we had the pleasure of remodeling the kitchen for clients in Bokeelia, who had us return to freshen up their bathroom with a new vanity, and all the accessories. Check out the before & afters! Such a clean & classic look!

Recent Demo Days will bring on yet another new and updated bathroom for our wonderful clients in Heritage Cove. We have big plans for this bath. OUT with the enormous unused tub and IN with a walk in shower and so much more!

Happy Friday! Since we’re behind on our posting by quite a bit, we thought we would give you a look at the Colony Trace bathroom we were working on and left you hanging at the rough in. We decided to go with a Schluter waterproofing system for this bath, which was the final step before the build back! Please do check back for the final reveal photos! This bathroom is a beauty!

Once we did our thing with the large flooring project, the builder had us stay to tile all 3 baths in this new build. The homeowner had a very specific vision and we were more than happy to help put it all together for her! Her tile selections were beautiful and the final designs came out unique and interesting. Love these large showers! What do you think?

Well, it’s been awhile again! Time to get some postings out, starting with a few final photos of that 3,000 SF tile job we have now completed for a local builder! We were happy to be asked back to tile all 3 of the bathrooms! Those photos to be posted next! What a great house!

Can you say lots of tile?! We’ve recently landed our first project with a local builder to install over 3000 SF of 12x24 tiles and the project is coming along beautifully! We certainly hope this will be the start to yet another great relationship!

The Electrical Rough-In is complete at our Colony Trace project! Great lighting in a bathroom is so important and now we are ready for that! Looking good! The Plumbing Rough-In and more coming this week! The “pretty stuff” is on the way!
