I texted him at 9pm and he was at my house the next morning at 9am! When he got here, he checked our system very throughly and in detail, informed us of the problem, and had us fixed up and ready to go in just an hour or less. He was very kind and professional and straight to the point. I can appreciate an honest man who doesn’t try to upscale you on every little thing you may not even need.
