Jim and Eli are two of the kindest and hardest-working professionals I've ever met. They explained everything to us during each step of the process so we knew what was happening and could make informed decisions. They also gave us a few different repair and replacement options and left the ball in our court to make the choice that was best for our home and family. Their office was always helpful and responsive if we had any questions and made the financing application process seamless. We were dreading what we knew would be a huge undertaking and headache, but the team at Jacobs made the experience the exact opposite.
