Closing another chapter on this build. 5 1/2 month build and able to get certificate of occupancy and insured before hurricane season. In that short amount of time, the housing market has changed significantly. Highly inflated prices, material and labor shortages have plagued us. That is on top of the already inflated cost.The same price per foot just can’t get you what it used to and it is highly unfortunate for all of us. As always we push to be as effective and efficient as possible. Let us bid your plans and see if we can come up with solutions in these troubled times. S1D.
