Absolutely - and it’s a big part of what we do!

Today at the Wyandot Sophomore Career Showcase, we had the opportunity to connect with students from Carey and Upper Sandusky and showcase the pre-fabrication/manufacturing and VDC (virtual design and construction) side of our business.

It was great to share how this behind-the-scenes work helps support the field, brings projects to life, and creates valuable career opportunities for those interested in hands-on, skilled work.

We loved hearing about the students’ future goals and helping them see that there’s more than one way to build a career in construction.

What started as a small March Madness bracket challenge with just a handful of employees, has turned into one of our favorite traditions at Vaughn Industries. 🏀

Now, we’ve got hundreds of entries and even better… our employees’ families and kids are getting in on the fun too!
