This was quite the project our team tackled this week. We came to the site to help Up North Plumbing run water and sewer for a new home being delivered. The first bucket into ground with the excavator we started pulling water. A drainage system had to then be installed to allow water to leave the lot. Once that was done we removed the loam and hauled in gravel to level the area for the new home!

Fun project we did this week. The top soil of the driveway was fully removed, a rock base layer was placed, and then we finished the driveway with crusher dust to add more parking to this apartment complex. Crusher dust is a great finish because when it hardens it makes the driveway more durable and compact. Town of Westmanland City Hall addition

This job started with the removal/demolition of the addition that was attached. Groundwork, old concrete slab removal, concrete/foundation, framing, metal roof & exterior finish work.

Interior included adding a kitchenette, bathroom and a storage room (non-pictured).

A big thank you to Up North Plumbing for doing the plumbing, County Electric for the electrical work, and S.W. Collins Company for supplying the materials for this commercial job.

What a busy summer it was! I’ll be posting some of the construction projects completed starting with this complete garage demolition and build.

The first few photos are the 24ft x 38ft new garage completely finished. If you scroll through the other photos you’ll see the process of this build from the start which includes demolition of the previous garage, ground work, concrete work, framing, roofing and finish work down to the windows, garage doors and trim.

Removal of all the pine walls/ceilings replaced with all new sheetrock, completed the finish work, painted the new ceiling and added new railings to really modernize this beautiful home.

Hi everyone!

With our excavator purchase, additions and garages will go up much faster as we’re able to do all of the ground work, concrete & building/finishing in a more timely manner!

It saves our customers a lot of time (and money) instead of waiting for someone to do the ground work, then finding someone else for concrete work and then the builder, we’re able to do it all so there’s no waiting in between.

Can also do ditches, trenches, foundations, re-installing failing foundations, ground leveling, driveways & currently in the process of being licensed to do septic systems/ground work on waterfront properties as well.

Hi everyone!

Winter is on its way so I thought I’d share I’m accepting more driveways for this winter. I offer plowing and also have a tractor with a snowblower attached for people who prefer their driveways to be snowblowed.
