This beautiful home now has a usable backyard! 2 patios connected by hillside steps plus a walkway and seating area at the garage. This job is complete with step, wall and path lighting for late evening gatherings. A lovely addition to a beautiful home.

We wrapped up a "Pit" Patio today. This walk out basement is finished off with Techo Bloc Semma walls and Techo Bloc Mista pavers.

The patio is 100% permeable with a surface opening of 6.3% and a flow rate of >50" of water per hour. A backup drain was installed at the door to offer extra security on downpours.
